Information Systems & Databases

Study the design and sustainability of information systems, from their inputs, outputs and touchscreens to the collection, storage and presentation of data. Students evaluate systems on a national, regional and global scale before going on to design and build their own digital information system. We introduce Microsoft Access as a platform for development, validate data, then use some simple SQL to select records for reports.
